FOR EXPERTS
Experts are required to review and agree to the Rightsourced Terms & Conditions before an engagement can occur. They state that:

Confidential information including material non-public information must not be disclosed during the engagement

The identity of our clients and any information shared by them will remain confidential

The biography provided (e.g. full identity, past 5 years of professional experience including employment and third-party relationships) is complete, accurate and truthful
When selected, experts will decline to participate in engagements that represent a conflict of interest or that violate the Terms & Conditions agreement or any obligations that the experts may owe to third parties.
Experts are to review and re-sign the Terms & Conditions on an annual basis. Employment situation and third-party relationships are to be updated by the expert when a change occurs. Rightsourced will periodically contact the experts to ensure the information is up-to-date.
FOR CLIENTS
Our clients sign a Service Agreement on a division or firm-wide level. We enhance client protection by mitigating the risk of inadvertently soliciting or receiving confidential information from our experts. Additionally, our compliance controls allow us to screen experts relationships (employment and third-party relationships) in real time to ensure clients connect with experts who are free from conflicts of interest or any consulting restrictions imposed by their employers.
